Please provide me information that can gram panchyat impos any tax on mobile tower company in his revenue area. Than please give the rule certified copy.
3 Please provide the information that mobile tower company installation many towers in 15years without any permission from pancyat. He takes only one time permission when mobile tower installed. Then company not take any permission. Can gram panchyat impose any tax or penalty.
4 Please provide me the information about csr responsibility of mobile tower company for local society.
5 please provide me information that what type of facilities gram panchyat received from mobile tower company in his revenue area.
