The following officers were not able to qualify their professional exam alongwith their regular ITS batch, hence, they were not promoted from JTS to STS with their regular ITS batch:-
1. Shri. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, ITS-1999, (Staff No. 21120).
2. Shri. Shahkar Bari, ITS-1999, (Staff No. 21155).
3. Shri. Ashish Kushwaha, ITS-2000, (Staff No. 21206).
4. Shri. Dhananjay Kumar Ranjan, ITS-2000, (Staff No. 21219).
Following this their seniority was downgraded in the Seniority list circulated vide 400-80/2009-STG-III dated 15th September 2009. However, later on the seniority of these officers restored to original in the current seniority list. Please provide the copy of notesheets, where proposal to restore their seniority is approved by competent authority.
