I am an officer of Indian Telecom Services Group A (Staff no. 00386) superannuated on 30.6.2010 while working on deemed deputation as Chief General Manager, National Centre for Electronic Switching, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, New Delhi. This request is for seeking information under Right to Information Act 2005 regarding DOT letter no. CS/ADV(HRD)/APAR/2009-10/St.No.386 dated 19.7.2010 issued by Shri R.R. Tiwari, Director(Staff) and my rejoinder dated 27.10.2010 regarding three tier appraisal of APAR. Copies of both letters is annexed herewith to facilitate easy reference.
As provided under section 2(j) of the RTI Act, I may be advised the date & time when I can inspect the DOT files where above letters were processed and also related documents/ records of DOT with a view to take notes, extracts and certified copies of the relevant portion of the files/ documents/records.
