With respect ITS cadre, please provide the following information:-
1. Count of sanctioned post as on 31.03.2016 in HAG plus, HAG, SAG, JAG, STS, and JTS grade in 2016.
2. Copy of note sheet of calculation of vacancies in HAG grade with respect to the promotion order No. 317-02/2016-STG III issued on 31.08.2016.
3. Please provide the count of number of officers in HAG plus, HAG, SAG, and JAG grade working in DOT units, BSNL, MTNL, on deputation or otherwise in any other department and on long leave as on 1.01.2017 and 31.03.2017.
4. Also provide the count of officer in HAG plus, HAG, SAG, and JAG grade retired/to be retired in 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018.
5. Count of STS posts upgraded to JAG, if any, to adjust the excess JAG officers as per cadre review.
6. Considering the above, please provide the number of vacancies available in JAG for promotion in the year 2017-18 and 2018.
7. Measures taken during the cadre review to ensure proper career growth for 2003/2004 batch, stuck up in STS, details thereof.
