1. Please provide us the list of documents required to be enclosed with Unified License with service Approval for Internet Service category A License service Application.
2. Please also provide us details of SIGNATORY needed to sign and stamp these documents and please tell us clearly whether signatures of both required or any one or specific one is required like in case of Memorandum and article of association either (Authorised Signatory /Director authorised) or( Statuary Auditor/ Chartered accountant or Company Secretary ) or both of them or any one of them will sign, please be precise or specific.
3. Can a Notary Public certify or countersign, instead of Statuary auditor, Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.
4. If Company outsource Licensing activity to a consultant then what type of Power of attorney is needed to represent the Company in Department of Telecom, is it on Rs 100 Stamp paper or Company Letter pad, besides any other additional document is required.
5. Who is the contact person in Department of Telecom to inquire about Unified License with service Approval for Internet service, his contact details (E-Mail, Phone, Cell Phone, Fax etc.) Room No., week Days or week day with Timings for venders or vendor authorised Consultants or advisers to meet him one to one without any appointment or a public day.
6. In case the Contact Person is not available or not able to settle queries or not responding or whatever the case may be then please also provide me contact details for next 2nd and 3rd level of contact, with week days and timings available to meet .one to one without any appointment or a public day.
