Please provide me the following information under RTI Act, 2005:
1. Copies of the note sheets concerned with the issue of letter no. 19-09/2014-EW dated 2.12.2016 (starting from the proposal to approval).
2. As per para 3 of letter no. 19-09/2014-EW dated 2.12.2016, it has been decided by the competent authority to file a Review Application in the case. Please provide me the copy of the Review Application filed by the DoT in this case.
3. Please provide me the copy of the acknowledgement from the Hon ble CAT, PB, New Delhi for the Review Application filed by the DoT in this case.
4. Copy of the orders passed by the Hon ble CAT, PB, New Delhi on the Review Application filed by the DoT in this case.
5. If DoT has filed an appeal in the Hon ble Delhi High Court in this case, please provide the copy of the Appeal filed in the Hon ble Delhi High Court in this case. Please provide me the copy of the acknowledgement from the Hon ble Delhi High Court for the Appeal Application filed by the DoT in this case.
It is further requested to raise the demand for the additional amount for the documents, on the website rtionline.gov.in to enable me to make the cashless payment and saving of trees.
