i would want to know that what is guideline for telecom company for changing the ownership during the Port number from one service provider to another service provider. and what document would be required to validate that ownership is changing in proper manner. and who will ensure that number is porting to actual user.
i am discussing one of my case regarding the number 9540337555 which issued me by Idea and i was using this number but without taken any confirmation from my end ownership changed. now this number with Airtel and given to some other person.
