My father, Gurudutt U. Manel aged 88 years had applied for phone connection at BSNL, Chinchwad, Pune a month ago. The connection has yet not been provided despite several reminders to BSNL officials. Please intervene as he is dependent on landline phone and uncomfortable with a mobile phone. Regards
