I had applied for broad band connection 15 days back and today it is 10th Oct 2016 but BSLN Agra could not connect me / provided broad band connectivity. I have deposited Rs 2249 with their account department. During this period they could only extend line. I bought telephone set. I am requesting authorities ,some reply even some don't pick up phone. It appears that no system works in BSLN. I am a retd Army officer and fedup with their justifications that hand set is not available, router is not available.
I bought hand set and router also but sorry to quote that nobody helping me out. Would be grateful if you can do something. I know that this work could have done by your SDO level employee. But they all work in sarkari employee mode.
