Dear Sir/Madam,

Season's Greetings.

I regret to inform you that our telephone lines 080-2972 4065 and 080-2972 4066 (FTTP), managed by franchisees, have not been working from 2nd Jan 2017 (a real nice way to begin the new year). Our persistent follow up with the concerned persons viz., franchisees have not resulted in any relief. We have been promised that the same would be rectified soon. However the timeline is indefinite.

Our day to day working has been suffering for no fault of ours and over above this we would be paying BSNL for a service which has not been provided for the past 3 days.

When Govt is talking of digitisation/cashless etc how could we do it when we have such regretful services.

Can any one responsible help the cause of the common man like me who has been loyal to BSNL for more than 40 years.

We can only make an earnest request.
