Sir pls note my bb no 08029714800 in Bangalore, landline 25605562. network has gone bad to worse. 15 days once service goes dead worst V can't get response. takes more than 10 days to set right services In Dec 2016 service went dead n back on d 2/3 Rd of Jan 2017 n 1 day after went dead again. V get bill on time N no waiver for non usage days. Ungair. V r fed up n expected improvement from d previous regime,present authority is in no better. When will I be a proud Indian with my country with the basic necessities of life. It is horrible service we get. Some residents returned d instruments n surrendered BSNL.Many will give up in disgust. it is 4 days N yet no connectivity. Our pm says go digital, on d other hand V r going ancient. Pls intervene and set right this lethargic style of functioning. It is a humble request. Thank you with regards. Murli
