How important is to reactivate a SIM which was deactivated by physically going back to same circle. Recently my vodafone sim got deactivated. The sim was taken in Gujarat 3.5yrs back and I continued to use the same even in AP. Now when I reached out to customer care for getting it activated, they want me to physically go to store in Gujarat for reactivation. Why they cannot process the physical verification at any of the local store and pass the authentication via their internal systems, so that their Gujarat circle can reactivate my Sim.

Please help me in this regard.
