We have landline telephone (0591)-2410720 in Moradabad-Uttar Pradesh.
We have been in trouble for six month for broadband speed and telephone disturbance due to parameter. I have made too much complaints against telephone (BSNL) but no one is listening to me. Everyone gives responsibility to each other. I talked to JE, SDO, linemen. But there is no action against my complaints. At last, I am filing my complaints to you hopefully. I think that you will be looking into matter and see why officers are giving me excuses. Why are they not solving my problems? I am really in trouble. We have been the customer of BSNL for a long time.

Please help me if you can do. If we find feedback from your side, I would be grateful to you. This is my last platform for my complaints. I hope that you will be listening to me and try to solve our problems.
