I sorry to say that despite high assurances given by Prime Minister to develop India the land line 0120-2696461 is non-functional since Feb 2017 to date and SDO is a silent spectator. In 2016 it was non-functional for over 85 days from June to August 2016. because of careless approach of SDO and its staff more than 600 subscribers in past have surrendered their connections. Shall I consider these as good governance days as claimed by our Prime Minister Mr. Modiji.
Now Me too is compelled to surrender my land line by the end of this month i.e. March 2017. In this regard i have whats-app my intention to SDO yesterday.
