kind attention regarding my office landline no.0291-2636580 (jodhpur-rajasthan), that this landline is not working since 12th feb,2017. (comp.no.1036544517) . without getting my complaint resolved, it showed resolved. Again I lodged complaint on 17th feb.(No.1036621988) but next day again it showed resolved. I contacted on 1500 (tollfree no.) and on 198 also, and lodged complaint (no.1036658972 and 1036659082). still no solution. . I give you some complaint ID-(1036197895 // 1035721666//1035085505//1034950319// all your customer care executive say that period of resolution of complaint is 24 to 48 working hrs. and they explained me that a Day has only 8 working hrs. So, one should wait for atleast 6 days to get the complaint resloved. Great. The telephone dept. takes fixed monthly charges for providing services, you should reverse your charges for this case for the period the complaints not solved. Kindly check last 3-4 years details regarding this phone no. Thanks.
