I know torrenting is illegal and those sites are blocked by DOT. Haha, but for kind information anyone can easily bypass that protection using https://. SO, don't implement such worst protection , try to think something different.
And, torrents are blocked because companies have a loss if those contents are leaked and downloaded by people. But , so irretating PORNs are clearly accessible, why they are not being blocked? If 100 cases occours, 50 of them just because of wine + porn. So, what gov wants? be digital and watch porn? Just can't think. Those wifi in the stations, airports etc are useless, just f*cking people watch porns there, people who really work will use 10000X costly 4G instead of the public wifi .Gov is wrong, Indians are not so great. Just buying an android phone doesn't makes one expert.Yes, but this can be filtered if Android devices are blocked. There are millions in mind to say, but can't type more.
