sir, when i am going to bsnl office, amravati(maharashtra) for new land line connection, demand me a address proof of waterbill i am attached a RTO license, AAdhar card, & water bill (but jeewan pradhikaran office is not print(mention) address on a water bill) so bsnl office not take my form.
