I use http://mega.co.nz as my preferred cloud service for my data. However, I observed that this website seems to be blocked by BSNL (for a reason I'm not aware of, as I know the website is legitimate and legal). I wanted to inform this to you through your grievance page and found that this page is also not functional. I hope you can look into these two issues and (1) fix your grievance page and (2) re-consider the access restriction on mega.co.nz, or alternately let me know why this website is blocked.
