I am resident of Bhagalpur (Bihar) having land line connection no:0641-2300746 gor last 10 years.
For Last 02 years,My telephone was out of order most of the time.The technician of BSNL has advised that socket of the poll needs to be repalaced.Meanwhile,he has connected feom near by area by connecting wire in open area(Nearly 300 meters) without any support and most of the time wire gets disconnected.I Personally met with officials of BSNL on severeal occassions,till date they are giving empty assuarances,but nothing materilise.I regrert to say that the services of BSNL is highly unsatisfactory.You are requested to do the needful in this regard.
