I am Rahul singla belongs to haryana and studying in west bengal at present. Getting a mobile no. on other state residence proof was troublesome. To port this no.to other network is even more troublesome. Can you please make this process simple. I am a citizen of INDIA, not haryana, getting trouble for obtaining a mobile number firstly and than in availailing the facility of mobile number portability. Thank you
