comments regarding Member(Services) Recruitment Rules :
1.Essential qualification must be "A Bachelor degree in Engineering" with minimum 25 years of experience in the field of Telecommunications.
2.The condition of one year of residual service from the date of occurance of vacancy should only be followed.
3. The mandatory condition of HAG service should be made as "Two years service in HAG scale" instead of regular service.
