Myself Navneet Kumar Postpaid customer of Idea from last 4years Idea Fraud me 3 time, This is 3rd time when Idea cheat me, My Bill Cycle is 14 to 13 every month. But from 14 to 24 1st 10 days there is no notification of Data usage and after 10 days notification shows your left data is only 1300 MB out of 5GB. In last 4 years even a single month when i am using 5 GB data a month. So how can it is possible that in 10 days 3700 MB data used. I am also complaint to idea for my connection error. Nobody contact me in a single attempt and msg delivered to me after 4 hrs. i am already change my SIM at my own cost as per suggest by Idea. But till date no reply by IDEA. Very Bad Service
