Subject - Complaint against my BSNL Landline 0422-2684471.

I'm Ramesh Aravind using bsnl landline for the past 20 years, Now the landline is not working properly. I lodged a complaint in my area(sulur), the sub-division officer says your area cable is fault and we won't provide new cable in your area. So kindly disconnect your landline. Could you please help me to provide new cable in my area. If not possible i have to use only private network. Kindly help me to continue BSNL network itself.
