I am a senior citizen and have paid one years subscription in advance for BSNl broadband and IPTV, at my residence in Jaipur. My landline no. is 2976253. My TV service remains erratic for weeks together. Furthemore BSNL has started the practice of raising unilaterally,without any request from me, monthly bills, for up gradation.I have written several complaints to the Chairman BSNL, CGM Jaipur and to all conceivable officials but to no avail. It appears BSNL does not care for its customers or does not respond to customer complaints. I shall be grateful if someone can help me. My Cell no. is 9887935563.
