sir, please read through and reply me, please

i have currently 9 sims of different operators.
only one sim is being used by me currently. and other 8 sims i had bought just because they were preloaded with offers like 6months poweplus, some amount of free data usage, and main balance.
hence as i got free power plus, free talktime and free nrt balancr, hence i bought these sims. but now i cant buy any further sim at the time when i actually needed, because of your rule.
so i just want to get rid of these useless 8 sims , so that i can buy new sims again.
what is the procedure to do this?
if i block those sims by calling customer care or by simply not inserting those sims for 90 days, then can i again buy new sims?
