I am a customer of your esteemed BSNL Prepaid for Bihar & Jharkhand Region since last 11 years, my Mobile No. is 9430247341.
Without my consent ZINDAGIROCKS subscription service had been activated on 16.12.2016 at 5:40 P.M.
Due to that reason Rs. 30/ charged from your side.
When I have contacted your customer care service for solution of this reason then they not entertained properly and told that money will not revert. But other service provider revert back immediately with customer care end

So Please You saw above problem and solve it immediately at our end.
