Requesting clarification on the following:

MSC Code Series 82640 to 82649 belongs to Videocon Gujarat circle as per your circular dated 30th June 2016 posted on DoT website;

However in another circular dated 18th Nov 2016 it says Bharti Airtel Punjab circle.

Seek your guidance as to which one is correct?
