I am an NRI residing in UAE. I have an Indian SIM card which I was using for a long time. All my bank has this no too. I have been charging this no. on regular basis but use only when I come to India. Last time visited india was in Dec 2015 and now I plan to visit again this December. I charged my mobile today and to my surprise I understand that my number was disconnected and given to some other person as the phone is ringing but someone else is using it. My question to you is how can they give our number to another party without informing us? How do you plan to assist me and thousands others who suffer the same fate! How much money does these telephone companies make by cheating innocent customer like us ?In my case the serviceprovider wasAirtel
I have been outside india for the last 19 years and for the first time seeing a prime minister who cares for his citizens be it in India or outside India. I am sure my request here will not go unanswered.
