Dear Sir,
I am extremely upset with the telephone service with respect to my home landline telephone bearing number 0674-2567884 (Dr. Manisha Mohapatra, JF-8, Utkal University Campus, Vani vihar, Bhubaneswar-751004, Odisha). The land line is not working for months together. I keep on booking complain after complain. Someone sometimes comes, does something, goes away with the promise that he will come again, cable fault etc etc etc. The bsnl broadband service is also severely affected. Sometimes it comes, sometimes it does not.
I go on paying the monthly bills without getting the telephone service.
I request you to kindly instruct the people to look into this problem at the earliest. I am suffering because of careless attitude of the people concerned. BSNL keeps advertising for the cheap calls , but what is the use when the land line does not work for months together? There has to be an end to my problem, otherwise I surrender my phone.
