I made a deposit of Rs. 749/- on 26-09-2016 for a new telephone connection .One number i.e 0671-2315196 has also been alloted in my favour.
But telephone connection was given to my house after 12 days on 07-10-2016 . But the most important thing is that I have not yet been given the broadband connection till date i.e 14-10-2016 .I even sent my grievance to the CGM Orissa on 04-10-2016 via e-mail as I was denied direct contact with the CGM by his Steno . Even he does not have the courtesy to acknowledge my grievance nor has he the good sense to look into my problem to solve it .

As I was impressed by your high promises of speedy and quality services, and I was in an urgency to take broadband connection, I made the deposit.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and give me immediate & uninterrupted broadband connection.
