Sorry to bother you on the subject.
My landline phone (Number - 033 25634905) is out of order since 07 Aug 2016. It appears no action has been initiated for repair post my complaint at BSNL customer Self care portal (SR no - 13779179582). Repeated calls and personal visits to the exchange failed to yield any result for the restoration of the services.

I have also lodged a complaint with Grievance cell Ref. DOTEL/E/2016/38451 dated 29/09/2016, but till date no respond or any feed back is received on it.

Previously, there was another service fault from 31 May 2016 till 29 Jul 2016. However, BSNL is raising bills with service charges levied for no service offered. I have applied to concerned Divisional Engineer (Internal) for rebate of the above mentioned period on 05 Aug 2016 and no update received on that as well. Would request your kind and good offices/advice for the restoration of service at an early date.
