Tarrif plans for BSNL broadband, telephone and mobile services are not competitive. Other service providers are offering better services for better rates.
For broadband, tarrif plans have not been updated since many years. charges are high even for slow speeds upto 10MBPS. high speed fiber optical facilities are not available in majority of the areas, even in the centre of the city.

Broadband services are always linked with telephone connection. This is the major hurdle for new Broadband connections.

4G services are not yet provided for mobile users.

Please look into these and ensure BSNL progresses to become best service provider for telecommunications.
