Sir. My BSNL landline and wifi isn't working from the last 20 days. We lodged a complaint but no action was taken. From the lineman to the DGM, nobody paid heed to our complaint, even after repeated reminders. I urgently need the wifi to work. Kindly look into the matter. Thank you.
