Dear Sir,

I had applied for porting of my number 9395568009 from Vodafone gsm (Postpaid) to Jio on Sep 26, 2016. The UPC code is VA177425. My porting request was approved by Vodafone as per the sms I received on Sep 26 & Sep 29, and it was also approved by Jio, as per my conversation with customer care executive of Jio. My number was disconnected from Vodafone at 12.01 AM on Sep 30, 2016, however it has not been activated by Jio yet.

I thereby request you to look into this matter, and convey the concerned authorities to get my number activated. I am citing the required details for the process.
