Please provide the following information:
1. Did DOT issue any PPO under CCS(Pension)Rules 1972 to any BSNL Employee who has newly joined BSNL on or after 1-10-2000 on recruitment process initiated by DOT prior to the formation of BSNL i,e,1-10-2000 and retired from BSNL.
2. If yes, please provide the number of such PPOs issued.
