Earlier when KYC or aadhaar identification or biometric activation facility did not exits the people got mobile phone sims by giving some government IDs. Some people took sims by giving any other persons ids and use those sims for unlawfull activities.when KYC facility came into existence people have to done the KYC or aadhaar identification or biometric activation for new sim activation but somehow some old numbers are still working without KYC or aadhaar identification or biometric activation. Kindly provide the following information linked with this subject.
a) Provide the attested copies of orders/notifications/intructions/ect. given by the concerned department to private or government companies for the discontinuation of old sims without KYC or Aadhaar identifications or biometric activation.
b) Provide attested copies of the reports submitted by government or private companies to stop or discontinuation of old sims without KYC or aadhaar verification or biometric activation.
