1.Please provide the list of candidates who have been appointed in BSNL/ joined BSNL after1-10-2000 against the Recruitment Process initiated by DOT prior to BSNL came in to being ie 1-10-2000 and covered under CCS(pension) Rules 1972.
2. please provide rules/policy/regulation/guidelines/Court or CAT order under which the above appointments were made both in DOT & BSNL under CCS (pension) Rules 1972.
3. Please provide the list of candidates who were appointed as mentioned in part 1 and are retired and are receiving pension under CCS(Pension)Rules 1972.
