Mandate of Staff, Establishment and Administration (SEA) Division:

1. Staff, Establishment and Administration of IP&TAFS Gr. “A” and Gr. “B” officers posted in DoT, DoP HQrs and those on deputations along with field & attached offices.
2. Supervision and monitoring of field units of DoT i.e Pr./Controller of  Communication Accounts (CCA) direct or through O/o CGCA.
