Good day Sir, I am Rajib Roy a employee of a Global Shipping compmay named MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company) My employer has sent a mobile phone SIM card from Cyprus country which I will be using on my phone and my job is to travel to all the seaports worldwide to visit and do work on the ships auduting of various works. Here in India DHL Courier has blocked that SIM card saying Delhi Custom department wants NOC letter from DOT in order to clear that SIM card sent from our Cyprus office.
