I am Arunan Kamalasanan a subscriber of BSNL pre-paid mobile. I would like to know the following information under RTI Act 2005.
1. Whether a pre-paid mobile subscriber is entitled to receive the detail call records of his own mobile number on request to the Service Provider.
2. If the answer is yes to the above first point please supply a copy of the rulings/instructions regarding the same.
3. If the answer is no to the above first point please supply a copy of the rulings/instructions regarding the same.
