Dear Sir,
My Name is Abhishek. I seek information regarding deactivation of prepaid mobile numbers. If a prepaid user get SIM from any telecom operator and he stop recharging the SIM. then Can Telecom operators deactivate the SIM on the basis of Non-recharge. Please share the detailed right of users and condition of de-activating the SIM card.
Please also share the remedies available with the customer to persue against the telecom operator.
