Dear TRAI,
Many shops are asking for Mobile number mandatorily during their billing. There are many spam calls and spam messages being received daily.
To protect my personal data, I do not want to provide my mobile number anywhere except critical infrastructures like hospital.
Kindly clarify, if mobile number should be given or not during the billing and what if the biller mandatorily asks the mobile number and does not bill our items until the mobile number is given.
