Sir,
Request to give following information under RTI act 2005
1. Is there any law which enforce telecoms operator to improve network coverage in area where coverage is bad?
2. Can operator has right to tell Telecom operator to installation tower in the area to improve network coverage?
3. Is there any law under which telecoms operator is obliged to give network coverage.
4. If yes please specify the section and all relevant information in this regard.
