DOP&T OM 49011/ 31/2008 Estt(C) Dated 23-01-2012 clarified to all the departments that minimum pay scale under 6th CPC is 1800 for the purpose of pay fixation of CL and TSM. Please confirm to me
whether DoT forwarded this OM to all its PSUs and subordinate offices:
if no the reason may be furnished:
if yes, provide me a copy of the forwarding letter with which this OM was forwarded by DoT to all its PSUs and subordinate offices.
This is required for the gratuity calculation of low paid employees and hence may be considered urgent please.
