Please provide the information about BSNL employees working on deputation in DoT. Whether BSNL employees working on deputation in DoT are eligible for:
1. Home town LTC
2. All India LTC
3. Leave encashment
4. EPC
5. LTC for fresh recruits upto 8 years as applicable to regular employees of DoT, if BSNL employees on deputation has not completed 8 years of service from date of appointment in BSNL.
