There has been an order passed by DOT banning the website wetransfer.com in India. Could the ministry provide me with the following information -
1 The copy of the order blocking the website wetransfer in India.
2 The reason for the aforesaid ban was implemented on the said website - https://wetransfer.com/

I have gone through the reply of CPIO and agree with his decision to evoke provision of 8(1)(h) of the RTI Act 2000.
As regards to giving opportunity before issue blocking order , this subject matter pertains to MeiTY and DoT is the implementing authority.
Thus their appears to ground to issue any direction to CPIO.
Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
