As you are aware that mobile internet has been banned in UT of Jammu and Kashmir since August 5 last year.
Now slow speed 2G internet has been restored the consumers are paying charges which included 4G but could not use the 4G internet due to the ban.
Why are these private companies charging for services which the people cannot use. Why is the government not coming up with special plans and concession or compensation in JK when it comes to the use of internet. Why are people paying for services which they cannot use
Is TRAI or government planning to do anything about it
