1. Request to provide information about what is the period of time that all the telecom companies such as Airtel, BSNL,Vodafone, Reliance and other telecom operators in India should maintain or preserve the data such as CDR details, Location details, messages details of its subscriber as per laws, rules and regulations of Govt of India,
2. Request to provide information about what period of time that all the social media apps service providers such as whatsup, wechat, Facebook messengers, should maintain or preserve data such as conversation data of its subscribers as per rules and regulations in force of govt of India.
3. Request to issue certified copies of Notification/Direction/Circular/ guidelines and rules issued by GOVT OF INDIA to all telecom operators in India to maintain or preserve the data such as CDR details, Location details, messages details of its subscriber that law in force after 2010 onwards.
4. Request to provide information about designation or the person who is empowered to issue details such as CDR details, Location details, messages details of its subscriber in telecom companies as per law for the purpose of sending or service of notices & summons from court in accordance with due process of law.
5. Request to provide information about what are all details or contents that should be maintained or preserved in call details record(CDR Report) as per rules and regulations of govt of India
