I seek information under Right to Information Act, 2005 under following heads:
1. List of documents which can solely be used to obtain fresh SIM card.
2. Describe documents referred in response to point 1 above are required in Original or Photocopy to present before office of network operator.
3. List of measures taken to ensure Right to privacy regarding the documents given to network operators for obtaining SIM.
4. List of measures taken to eliminate the mis-use of documents given to network operators for obtaining SIM.
5. Is Aadhaar mandatory to obtain fresh SIM.
