1. Please provide attested copy of rules for seeking Call Data Record (CDR) from a mobile service provider.
2. Please provide a list of agencies authorised to seek CDR from mobile service provider.
3. Please provide the rank of the Competent Officer agency wise who can seek the CDR from Mobile Service Provider.
4. Please provide copy the rules which provides for action against mobile service provider if CDR if given to unauthorised agency.
5. Please specify the competent authority to take action against the mobile service provider as mentioned in point 4 above.
6. Please provide a copy of the rules applicable to CDR seeking agency for maintenance/ handling of Call Data Record procured from Mobile Service Provider.
7. Please provide a copy of rules for maintenance of logs of CDRs obtained.
8. Please provide a copy of rules for declaration of CDRs obtained to senior authorities.
9. Please provide a copy of Honble Supreme Court directives which regulates CDR.
10. Please provide a copy of rules specifying action against the unauthorised agency for obtaining CDR from Mobile Service Provider.
11. Please provide copy of rules for action to be taken against the officer who is obtaining CDR for illegal activities for personal gain.
